About
I'm a software engineer with a BA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, where my dissertation on UDP and QUIC transport protocols for MQTT received the highest grade in the year and a CST Department Prize.
Most recently I spent two years at Galatea Associates as a Software Consultant, working on-site at a large US bank building high-throughput distributed systems, automating deployment pipelines, and improving observability across Kubernetes environments. I've also worked on data analysis platforms at AUK Trading and machine learning research at Cambridge, co-authoring a paper on adversarial attacks in brain-computer interfaces.
I work primarily with C++, Go, Java, and Python, and enjoy solving problems across the full stack — from low-level networking to cloud infrastructure.
